Just fill a container with water, put the ice pack into the water, it will absorb water and expand by itself, fully absorb it for about 3 minutes, wipe the water on the surface, and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Please pay attention to put the plastic layer at the bottom, with the non-woven side facing up, so as to prevent the ice pack from sticking to other things in the refrigerator after freezing.
